improve message when user doesn't have capabilities #2
Description
Sometimes users have the Members plugin active. In that case they need to add the plugin settings capabilities to their role to be able to access the license settings. Currently GF Addon shows an empty page if the user doesn't have the capability. Can we easily output an error message instead?
