Revamp the website

This issue is intended to gather reflexions and propositions for a revamping of the website, still based on our past reflexions though.

My thoughts and propositions:

• Two main criteria to have in mind in my opinion are: modernity / visual impact (as we develop an innovative and visual 3D web solution to visualize the world) ; simplicity of implementation (we do not have the resources to implement everything from scratch)
• Study the possibility to use astro, a modern and open source framework for building websites, with a lot of available ready to use templates and the possibility to deploy to github pages
• Can we leverage AI tools specialized in website creation such as https://v0.app/ ?
