Error Uploading to Firebase

I cannot deploy to firebase using this addon anymore as of a few weeks ago.
Things I tried:
I uninstalled and installed firebase-tools globally v5.1.1
I logged out of firebase and relogged.

I still get this error.
However I can still deploy using the regular firebase deploy.
