As tickets and queries will be handled through the Study Dashboard, the Zammad instance can be deprecated.

Checklist:

• Backup tickets, settings and database to Sharepoint
• Prune Zammad volumes (e.g., docker-compose down -v
• Remove the instances/support folder and merge changes
