save and restore system config to/from file

There is currently no way to 'reset' a system config after making modifications with the 'config' command.

Feature request: Add options to save the current config to a file and to set the config using that file.

@harp-intel in this the config to be saved at some path when configured at first time and afterwards it will load config from there. Right ? Maybe some path like etc/intel/perfspect/config.yaml. Right ?
