Integrate Wikieditor #111
Description
- drop classy.js as dependency → f.e. adapt as jQuery-plugin (parts of [WIP] New JavaScript Build System and more inyoka#140 should still be useful)
- change way Wikieditor is integrated (no inline JS, put class/data-Attributes in python-views instead)
