Pyrough v1.2 available

New version available with:

• Hexagonal-like crystal structure compatible (ex: you can now make hcp metal nanocrystals)
• Diatomic materials implemented (ex: you can now design Ni3Al pillars)
• New object "precipitate in a matrix" : build of a precipitate with surface roughness embedded into a matrix. Any object shape already available in Pyrough (cubes, block-like shape, cylinder, sphere, Wulff-shape, etc.) can be used as a precipitate. Any crystal structure and orientation can be used for both the matrix and the precipitates. A few .json file examples are provided in the examples/ folder.
  Note that the "precipitate in matrix" object requires features recently developed in Atomsk (https://atomsk.univ-lille.fr/fr/dl.php) and only available via the git version of Pierre Hirel's code.
• The "grain" object used to generate rough grain boundaries was updated with some bugs solved. In particular, one of the grain is now elastically deformed to improve boundary conditions.
• New examples provided
• Documentation updated
