Possibility to use Copying/ Moving multiple packages

I have added a new script to the plugins repository, download_xml_api.sh, which is for the new api.cloudsmith.io repository as the current one is being deprecated.

These scripts all use standard bash rather than python addins which may cause some platforms issues (I am believe that all platforms have access to bash).

Jon do you know if the flatpak problem is fixed in TP?
