fix(security): update MCP SDK to address DNS rebinding vulnerability

- Update @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to latest version - Note: This server uses StdioServerTransport and is not affected by the HTTP-based DNS rebinding vulnerability - Update ensures all security patches are applied
