Demo project for qwik v2 integration

Write a demo project that:

• Contains two copies of a "hello, world" project generated by npm create qwik
• Builds one project with original qwik from NPM, and the other with qwik v2 and our qwik-optimizer binary
• Compares the output of both builds in a diff
