Can CORS issue block div from Displaying on the screen?

Hi,

The div gets created after clicking the button, and it shows up in the inspector. However, the div is not displaying on the screen, instead, every time I click the CORS error caught by "Butsnail" gets triggered. Can this be the possible reason why the div doesn't show up on the screen?
