RAPI commands for over current detection #171
Description
Add RAPI command to Enable/Disable over current detection and set and read parameters.
Dynamic features from external controllers such as Solar Divert and Current Shaper can trip over current protection if current changes too quickly or the vehicle response is slow. Adjusting parameters via RAPI will improve compatibility and allow tweaking to match vehicle performance.
