Unable to Install: Mac 15.6.1, Python 3.13

I've done all that my 1/2 arse hack anti-skill offers and am unable to install what might be the exact script I need.

I'm surrendering for now. Maybe there are trials and tribulations for my outside of the fold newbiness which must be surpassed.

Unfortunately, I'm a geezer, without whatever skills/status might connect me with my goal.
