Presenter data management dashboard #14
Description
Requirements are:
- A form for submitting presenter and their presentation data.
- A Persian calendar to select the exact date and time of the presentation using persiandatepicker repo (http://babakhani.github.io/PersianWebToolkit/doc/datepicker/).
