Boomakrs cookies and Bowser setting resets to deafult in firefox every now and then #382

Very often when i reopen a webapp it will replace/reset my bookmarks To Firefox's default(start page,help and tutorials etc). I had to create a directory and sub- directories to backup my bookmarks for each webapp. It also deleted cookies, and resets all Firefox setting to defaults again. I have to reconfigure Firefox setting and restore my bookmarks.
Most of the time, all my extensions remain but their their setting also get reset. so i got in the habit of exporting their setting and backing them up too.
To note: This did happen with the main Firefox a couple of times, but its consist with webapp manager. Also to note this has been happening to me since before 21.1(I think,could be further).
