Updates to NIC/VLAN configuration

-Add ability to reserve NICs for SRIOV, DPDK, etc. and to indicate it
-Allow for a "copy from..." to mimic other role configurations when configuring role vs role.
-In Compute role... Allow user to tag which nics would be NUMA pinned (for CEPH)
-From Ben: You will most likely want a way to add custom routes as well. For example, my understanding is that some users want their compute node traffic routed through the management network instead of the ctlplane. Some users may also add the external network directly to their compute nodes and want that used by default.
