[BUG] Pending+Expired Payments initiated by Boltz Extension aren't returned to wallet

Describe the bug
Payments that have been initiated from the Boltz Extension but expired, are not removed from wallet's ledger and not returned to the available balance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Boltz Extension
2. Create a Swap Out (Lightning -> onchain) for which you apparently did not have enough liquidiity for
3. bonus: I restarted lnbits docker container once together with lnd -> not sure if that messed things up

Expected behavior
Cleanup Job should collect these pending and expired payments and return balance.

looking at it again, it looks like it may just be how lnbits handles failed payments currently. i think this pr would bring more clarity into this situation. lnbits/lnbits#2537
