Add changelog #163
Description
It would be nice if there was a changelog. For example, Angular's changelog lists what has changed with each version/tag.
Going through all the commits and sources and trying to figure out if upgrading our dependencies to a more recent version of lesshat is a bit cumbersome without a changelog.
