feature request: watching extra folders

It would be great if the mage server would also restart if certain extra folders (that I want to be able to specify) observe changes. The direct reason for me wanting this is that on my project I have a folder with a bunch of JSON files that get cached on startup. It would be nice to restart the server when that data changes so caches can refresh.

I can imagine running the console with package.json script looking something like this:

        "develop": "mage-console --watch-paths ./static-data ./foo ./bar"
    }
}

PS: I don't mind making a PR for this of course, but anyone can pick this up if they have time in the short term and feel like doing this ;) Also would like to see feedback on the idea before developing.
