Add support for plain text .m Live Scripts

We can now make Live Scripts using plain text M-files. But the publishing tool only "sees" MLX-files. If you have an M-file Live Script, you have to re-save it as an MLX-file. 

Please make it so the tool can see and publish plain text Live Scripts.
