Add Console logging to Python Samples

Basic logging (file /  memory / console) was added to the Python SDK in this PR:
https://github.com/microsoft/Agents-for-python/pull/139

Once the packages are published, update the python sample(s) to include the activity console logger (via the transcript logging middleware) so that debugging is easier.
