Improve error handling for ConnectorClient and UserTokenClient

Currently we check for status codes greater than or equal to 400 and raise errors in those cases. aiohttp ClientSession objects can be configured to automatically handle a maximum number of redirects (according to a quick search), so receiving a 300 is possible.
