Agentic Identity + Teams does not support streaming responses at this time.

Agent ID based requests + teams channel does not render correctly in teams..
Teams has indicated that they do not currently support streaming responses with AgentID based identities.

We need to disable Streaming Response and auth down-level to SendAsync for Teams + Agentic ID until they support this scenario.
