Eclipse start up hangs forever because of copilot, how to uninstall/disable plugin outside of eclipse?

I had uninstalled the plugin a while ago and decided to try it again, and that was a mistake. It is causing Eclipse to hang forever at startup. I've tried to quickly click through on startup to uninstall the plugin before it hangs, but I'm not quick enough. I would like to solve the problem, but for now I have to figure out how to disable or uninstall the plugin when Eclipse isn't running, so it doesn't attempt it.

Start up Eclipse.

Ok, well, I noticed that "workspaceContextEnabled=true" in "com.microsoft.copilot.eclipse.ui.prefs". I edited that file in the filesystem before starting up, and curiously after I started up successfully, that flag was set back to true, and I then set it to false. I guess I can try turning that on again if I hear that there have been improvements in this area.

Did you turn on the log?

There is an issue we found in eclipse platform that the eclipse will hang if the log is turned on, especially when the server sends too much logs.
