Add Padawan events to PR timeline

Padawan adds events to the timeline when it creates a PR, starts work, etc. 

Can we add these events to the list of events we show in ours?

"Copilot opening a draft pull request, linked to your original issue
"Copilot started work" event
"Copilot finished work" event
