PR editor shows a ton more changes than GH

I'm not sure what could be going on there. I cannot repro with insiders.vscode.dev + pre-release of GHPR. Let's see if it still repros after we release this week.

With the 0.116.0 release I can no longer repro.

Marking as verified as the issue cannot be reprod anymore, perhaps removing bug label is better. no idea.
