Coding agent PR description doesn't refresh

GHPR pre-release 0.117.2025080607, Copilot Chat pre-release 0.30.2025080503.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Initiate a coding agent session from chat via the cloud button
2. PR + coding agent session are kicked off
3. Open PR description via GHPR in VS Code
4. As coding agent continues working, the PR description on gh.com is updated
5. ❔ PR description doesn't update in VS Code, even if I select Refresh in the GHPR PR overview page, or if I close the PR overview and reopen it from the Copilot on my Behalf section

If I close the PR overview page, completely reload VS Code, and then reopen the PR overview, I do see the updated PR description in VS Code now.

I also ran into an issue with the non-refreshing when the coding agent completed the first version of the PR:

• PR description wasn't updated
• I wasn't notified with an indicator in the Activity Bar (I didn't get a (1)) or the Copilot on My Behalf section (the PR didn't turn blue)
• I only know the PR is ready for review because I got a GH email notification about it.
  • Or I can scroll in the PR overview to see the Copilot finished its work (so the timeline still got updated)

PR description update will be fixed in Monday's pre-release, thanks for catching!

These one's I can't repro. The polling for changes here happens every 60 seconds, maybe you reloaded VS code before it could show?
