0. Install the latest pre-release of the GitHub Pull Request extension.
1. Open a folder which contains a clone of a GitHub repository with the coding agent enabled.
2. Open a code file and add a TODO comment
3. Verify that you see a code action on the TODO. Verify that you can run the "Start Coding Agent Session" code action and that the session start successfully.
