GHPR status icons look different in a dev container vs locally

Dev container (also noticed it doesn't have the done working on count):

Local:

Old version of the GHPR extension in the dev container was my first assumption, but I checked and found it was the latest pre-release 0.119.2025100204

This is happening because the theme extension is in a different extension host than GHPR, so we can't do our hacky "get the right colors from the theme".

Some options:
A) No colors in the icons
B) Choose some possibly-good-enough colors
C) Keep it as is

I lean towards option B. @bamurtaugh what do you think?
