Git repo root URI path casing doesn't match workspace folder path casing

On Unix systems, this causes the extension to ignore all repos/folders.

Example:

2025-12-09 10:14:27.638 [debug] [Activation] Checking if repo /Users/ulugbekna/code/Vim is in a workspace folder.
2025-12-09 10:14:27.638 [debug] [Activation] Workspace folders: /Users/ulugbekna/code/vim
2025-12-09 10:14:27.638 [info] [Activation] Repo file:///Users/ulugbekna/code/Vim is not in a workspace folder, ignoring.
