Based on WinGet verbose logs, this appears to be a missing manifest blob in the WinGet CDN cache (cdn.winget.microsoft.com) for the latest Warp version.

The manifests exist in this repo under:
manifests/w/Warp/Warp/v0.2026.01.07.08.13.stable_01/
but WinGet is unable to fetch the corresponding cached manifest blob.
