package `Fortinet.FortiClientVPN` disappeared

Brief description of your issue

When I search:

winget search fortinet

On another machine I used to be able to install and update Fortinet.FortiClientVPN, e.g.:

FortiClient VPN             Fortinet.FortiClientVPN     7.2.9.1185     7.2.10.1217    winget

Yet now if I requst it, nothing is found:

winget install --id Fortinet.FortiClientVPN
No package found matching input criteria.

Even the other machine on which I used winget to install this package is unable to find it (though the app is still installed).

Steps to reproduce

winget install --id Fortinet.FortiClientVPN
No package found matching input criteria.

Expected behavior

It should install the latest version of winget (not sure which it is, but I used winget to both install it and upgrade to 7.2.10.1217 in the past).

Fortinet.FortiClientVPN was removed as per microsoft/winget-pkgs#328316 - the reasoning was "It does not run silent and is also completely disabling the product functionality. It will no longer launch. It should probably be removed."

I could at least bypass Fortinet's bad excuse for a website and download it via the info from the diff at under:

https://links.fortinet.com/forticlient/win/vpnagent

Their own website requires a form to fill out for product that my company uses 🤦

Given the package was removed, this Issue really isn't a "bug" for WinGet to resolve. If anyone find switches or arguments to get the package to install silently, and pass validation, it could be added back.
