Is anyone in microsoft actually working on winget packages?

Brief description of your issue

There are literally 1000's of open issues in your winget-pkgs repo!

It seem like you're not doing anything at all there.
My own issue is over half year old, and still zero response.
So WTF is going on there?

Yes, there are folks from Microsoft as well as the open-source community actively engaged.

The majority of the issues at the winget-pkgs repository are requests for packages to be updated or added. In many cases, as it appears to be on the issue mentioned above, it doesn't appear to be a problem with the WinGet client, or the validation pipelines.

It appears there has been a request to share logs to help try and isolate what is happening on the other issue.

I didn't see it until now. So I've updated the post, and will refrain from any further support due to trying to lower myself to the same lack of enthusiasm as shown therein.
