New option to adjust log level or change how warning works so that it spams less

I have a CLI project which uses yq CLI as part of its core functionality. Currently, when I run it with an upgraded version of yq I get the following: (there's megabytes of this error in total usage of my utility)

There's logic in there already to only show it once - how are you getting it to show multiple times like that?

I'll be defaulting that flag to true (after the Xmas break), as the old behavior isn't correct - to remove the warning you could also set that flag to true...
