bug: Test suite fails against mkdocstrings >= 1.0.0

Hello,

after updating mkdoctrings and mkocstrings-python-handler within Debian unstble the CI infrastructure in Debian has detected that the suite of python-legacy 0.2.7 is failing if mkdocstrings >= 1.0.0 is used within the environment.

As in the past the package python-legacy was getting an update usually once mkdocstrings got a version bump I guess this is now also needed.
