where to add it? some could be done now, maybe a section on "other tasks" or maybe put them all in open and add to edit mode instructions to move them (cannt move out of a list in rendered view; only reorder within a list)

should we not do this and just always make issues; as in they get added to future work as plain checklist items, when planned, then converted to issues and transferred to other repos
