New chat tries to re-use existing browser and fails..

Describe the bug
Non docker puppeteer not working with new chat.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a fresh chat (re-start Claude Desktop).
2. Do something with puppeteer.
3. Start new chat and do something with puppeteer.

Expected behavior
New puppeteer interactions in new chat should start a new session

Are you sure its still an issue? I was sure it was solved with #607
