Add Kollektiv MCP to the community server list

Didn't find a better suited issue (and sorry for duplication) - just requesting to add Kollektiv to the list of community servers. Here is the PR

Here are some cool things about it:

• it's one of the first MCPs with Oauth2.1 authentication - makes it more secure and easy to connect to
• supports the latest Streamable HTTP protocol

Why a new server?

• It allows anyone to setup 'RAG over your data' in 2 clicks and access your private files directly from the editor / MCP client. Built to solve my own problem when I caught myself copy & pasting PDFs / feature specs between projects.
