Configure Claude Code Github Action to use established PR template

When Claude creates a PR through the Claude Code Github Action, the description doesn't include the standard sections from the PR template.

Can we configure Claude Code Github Action to use established PR template?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving as is: doesn't include important details like 'how was this tested' and 'is this a breaking change?'

Hmm possibly try adding something like When raising a PR, please follow the template .github/pull_request_template.md to custom_instructions might do?
