Fixed several navigation bugs. The main thing was correcting some more cases where "Simple" mode should be literal and then making sure the ":literal" property was set (and unset).

Note: the code previously set the context to use LiteralSpeak, but that doesn't change the rules. Also, that would potentially have caused a new rule set to be added.

There were also some tweaks as to when the stack needed to be popped.
