Tooltip Text, Background or any properties value doesn't change once the tooltip is shown for first time - On IOS

Hi,
This Issue i am facing in IOS EasyTipView;
I have Used RoutingEffect to achieve this in xamarim Forms, and Used bindable properties to change Text and BG-color (so we can assign in native), Value of EasyTipView.Text i can see change text in native
TooltipSample-master.zip

when we assign different text but same doesn't reflects on UI, It shows the old text only always, Which got assigned in first time.
