bug: The nevent must contains the author public key to fetch the snippet

I don't think the author's public key should be required to fetch the snippet, the event ID should be sufficient, along with some relays.

Except

If the snippet can't be found in the default relay (wss://relay.notebin.io) or other relays that in the nevent, then show an error message indicating that the event couldn't be found.

What happened

Currently, it doesn't attempt to search for the snippet at all if there is no public key in the nevent.
