[BUG] Instruction on cache clearing breaks OpenCode rendering

Bug Description

the suggested command rm -rf ~/.cache/opencode/node_modules ~/.cache/opencode/bun.lock breaks opencode rendering in terminal

I don't why github keeps giving failed to upload this video so there's the link

Steps to Reproduce

1. use opencode
2. do rm -rf ~/.cache/opencode/node_modules ~/.cache/opencode/bun.lock
3. reload terminal and opencode

Expected Behavior

clear entire cache, it fixes the issue

Actual Behavior
What actually happens.

Environment

• opencode version: 1.0.204
• Plugin version: latest
• Operating System: MacOS 26
• Node.js version: v22.16.0
