Add more granular ingest-file categories for processing success / failure

Categories:

• "failed because the file is password-protected" (the processing of this file should be marked as successful, procrastinate should not count it as a failure)
• "failed because there is an error in the infrastructure of the instance, call your administrator" (applicable for timeouts)
• etc. (to add more)
