test(cli): add comprehensive tests for --status and --metrics-reset commands

- Add 36 new tests for CLI status and metrics commands
- Test --status flag parsing with various option combinations
- Test --metrics-reset flag parsing with various option combinations
- Test confirmation prompt behavior and metrics reset functionality
- Test metrics file integration with real file I/O
- Test metrics data formatting and numeric precision
- Verify all metric categories are properly handled
- Test mutual exclusive behavior and option ordering
