Documented list of supported I2C sensors

Is there a place that lists all available sensors or a guide on how to add new sensors?
I'm willing to commit changes for new sensors if I need them, but I'm unsure of how this is tracked currently.

No guide sorry, you should study the code. I will add more sensors soon and studying these future commits could be the best way.

TODO list:

• LPS22HB
• SHTC3
• ADS1015
• BME680

I will add this info to the docs soon.

Let me know if you have plans of adding new sensors because I will make important changes on next version.

Support for INA219 would be great,
Would use INA260 but they seem to be out of stock everywhere.
