Integration of Reactome API #11
Description
- Allow validated gene symbols to return a list of gene symbols whose products directly interact with the given symbol.
- Repeat the gathering of genomic coordinates and then filter variant list by entire list.
- Results should highlight that the genes have been returned from interactions highlighted by Reactome rather than the original provided genelist.
