Reproduction steps

Instructions to install pear-desktop from brew point cask-definition that comes up as a 404 page:

If the repo DOES exist, it is probably set as private.

There is another Issue (#4053) mentioning this, but that one is phrased as a question and not as an ask to fix.

Expected Behavior

brew command to work.

Actual Behavior
