Reproduction steps

1. Download the Windows .exe version to a folder of your choice
2. Execute it

Expected Behavior

Settings are generated inside the .exe folder

Actual Behavior

Settings are generated inside %appdata%/Roaming/YouTube Player

Enabled plugins

none

Additional Information

This defeats the idea of portability, since you cannot just copypaste the folder from a PC to another one, the settings are stored inside %appdata%.
