We need a few things here.

1. The UI, displagin the "talks bunker"

2. The placeholders for the X max talk items (10 for whiskyweb use case)
   2.1) You drag the talks into the places

3. Once you have filled all slots, the input button becomes un-disabled and you can "submit" your talks.
   3.1) A copy of this goes to the admin.email prompting them to take a look
